Refund policy

All online order changes and returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

1. Head to the authorized Coco Yep store in Spain.

Online order changes can be made at the authorized physical store: Carrer de la Diputació 331, Barcelona.

2. Please deliver the items you wish to change.

In order to make a change, you must carry the purchase invoice of the order. In case you do not have the invoice for your order online, you can request a copy via email: cocoyep.bcn@gmail.com

3. No money refunds.

 

All products can be exchanged for another product of the same price or a voucher can be ordered for the amount without expiration date.

In order to be able to make an exchange or a return, the following conditions must be met:

• All items must be in perfect condition with original labels and purchase invoice;
• In case of return with a shipping company other than Coco Yep, we reserve the right not to refund shipping or return costs. Coco Yep will also not accept shipments with receipt from recipient or on refund.
